I had ordered the jacket on 3rd July after confirming the delivery date as 6th July for my daughters birthday celebration. I received a call in the evening of 6th July requesting that since it's raining heavily (which is normal for month of july) can we please send it tomo first thing in morning.
The representative calling promised that he will be sending it before 11.. but after much calling and doing back and forth it finally arrived at 3- 3.30. Till that time my daughter had already left for school for her celebration sad on her birthday that she didn't get to wear what she had thought.
I could have easily refused the delivery but considering humane glitches I still accepted.
After that day I Made her wear the jacket and to add to my woes the fitting was absolutely bad.. no way I could make her wear that for any other party so I requested return. Its been more than a week but no response on return.. I was asked for photos and videos to prove that it was ill fitted(which again i dont understandthe logic of.. if its returnable then giving a reason should be enough.. whats the need for photos and videos).now it's been told to me that the return team is processing the photos and videos and will get back to me on this.
This is utter nonsensical and illogical that to return one piece of cloth I have to got through so much..
Do you really think this kind of service will be helping you to create good customer base and good reputation?? Do u think I will ever recommend anyone near or far to buy stuff from you.
There are many designers and shops where clothes are available but what customers look for is the experience which I am sorry to say you failed to give.
